     The Wighnomy Brothers are Gabor Schablitzki (Robag

     Wruhme) and Sören Bodner (Monkey Maffia), and this

     is the first mix CD from the house of F.A.T. The

     label could not have chosen more capable hands then

     the greedy fingers of this duo: Wighnomy Brothers

     have basically remixed everyone... Röyksopp, Ellen

     Allien & Apparat, Paul Kalkbrenner, Depeche Mode,

     Nitzer Ebb, Triola, you name it. In the grand

     spirit of driving the Autobahn with your most

     beloved, everything is possible with this mix. In

     this lively and lovely record swings the ecstasy of

     the dance hall, the melancholy of being alone as

     well as every happy moment alongside one another.

     The mix is the result of all the technical

     animalism and the mechanical handwork skills of

     innumerable club nights, listening to what works

     and what doesn't work on the dancefloor.

     Meine Oma hat immer gesagt: Enkel, wichtig sind die

     inneren Werte. Wie recht sie hatte. Beim Namen

     Metawuffmischfelge schüttelt man erst mal ungläubig

     den Kopf und kratzt sich am selbigen. Was soll das

     sein, wie sieht das aus? Wunderschön, wenn man sich

     erst mal aufgemacht, hat der zugehörigen Musik zu

     lauschen. Die Wighnomys aus Jena legen eine

     Compilation vor, die man so nicht aller Tage

     genießen darf. Unendlich schöne, technotronische

     Klangwelten für den Musikliebhaber mit Verstand und

     Gefühl, traditionell und gleichzeitig

     fortgeschritten, Mucke mit Seele. Jedes Stück wird

     hier aus mehreren Elementen verschiedenster Tracks

     gewoben, da gehen Kreon & Lemos, Stefanik &

     Tasnadi, Robag Wruhme und Douglas Greed Hand in

     Hand und zerfließen in gut zwei Minuten zu einem

     Strudel fühlbarer, bewegender Musik. Erinnerungen

     an Magdas She’s A Dancing Machine werden wach. Das

     ist zum einen richtige Arbeit, zum anderen wird

     hier aber vor allem die Liebe der Wighnomy Brothers

     zur Musik deutlich, einen Allerwelts-Mix wird man

     von den Beiden zum Glück nicht zu hören bekommen
